Tom,

My daughter has been diagnosed with endometriosis. Her doctor said diet and exercise could help some and the only other alternatives would be a hysterectomy. Tom, I was curious as to whether or not Progesterone Cream would help at all ? I looked on your resource page and you mentioned Evening Primrose Oil so which would be best in your opinion ? I know you are very busy so I want to thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Hi Sharon,

Endometriosis is a tissue lining that occurs OUTSIDE the uterus -- attached to the ovaries, fallopian tubes, bladder or colon -- and causes misery because it's in the wrong place. It should be INSIDE the uterus as a nourishing nest in preparation for a fetus. When conception doesn't occur, this lining, called the endometrium, sheds through the vagina in monthly menstruation. Symptoms are lower back pain, tenderness and swelling in the abdomen.

Healing remedies:

Stop after 90 days to allow body to adjust.
