Hello, my name is Zane Baranowski. I am a certified nutritionist living in the beautiful rocky mountains of SW Colorado.

I began my career over 20 years ago as a sales representative for one of the largest retail health food store distributors of health products in the U.S. After several years I moved on to represent several other companies which greatly expanded my exposure to cutting edge nutritional products and companies.

I graduated from the National Institute for Nutritional Education in 1989 and began my private consultation practice soon after. For the past 10 years I have primarily worked with dozens of companies providing new product research and development services. I have also helped to develop many new and cutting edge raw materials including soy sprouts, probiotic blends with soil-based organisms (SBO's), velvet deer antler from New Zealand, and colloidal silver.

Most recently I founded the Living Ecology Research Institute which is an education-based organization teaching the principles of organic farming, organic nutritional medicine, and the natural healing powers of the body - when it receives everything it needs.

I feel that the biggest problem the average person has is the inability to consume organic, fresh, raw and/or minimally processed foods in their daily diets. We simply do not eat "real" food, and that is our most significant nutritional mistake.

I am dedicated to helping people understand what real, live food is and how to incorporate these foods into their diets and/or include them in their supplement programs.
